Is your shop open in Vienna?

Yes. Our shop at Hahngasse 17/4, 1090 Vienna, will be open again at the usual times from April 21, 2020. However, the following security measures apply:

1. Only one customer can be in the shop at the same time as our employee. If a customer is already in the shop, the inner door is closed. If this door is closed, please wait until the customer has left the shop and only then come in
2. Entering the shop is only permitted with mouth and nose protection. Since we are against unnecessary garbage and the waste of resources, we ask you to bring your own mouth and nose protection. However, if you do not have one, we will provide you with disposable products.
3. When entering the shop, we ask you to disinfect your hands. A corresponding disinfectant will be provided by us at the entrance.

We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.

What are your opening times?

We are there for you at the usual times. These are:

Tuesday 10am-1pm and 3pm-6pm

Wednesday, Thursday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m

Friday 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm

Saturday 10am-2pm

Can I order something from you?

Yes. You can still order via our website. Orders will continue to be accepted, processed and shipped as normal.

Can I also come pick up my order?

Yes. Orders can now be picked up again. When picking up, the security measures for entering our shop apply as mentioned above.

How long is the delivery time at the moment?

For all X-Pole products, the waiting time is currently around 7 working days from receipt of payment. All other products are currently still with you at the usual speed. Within Austria it takes about 2-3 working days. Outside of Austria about 3-5 working days.

However, we would like to point out that delivery times can vary daily. We can promise you a delivery, but it can also take a little longer. Please plan for this fact and order early if you need an item by a certain date.

UPDATE!!

Since X-Pole has been closed for at least 3 weeks since March 25th, 2020 due to legal requirements regarding the coronavirus crisis, we are currently unable to process any orders for X-Pole products. How long will it take before rods and co. Unfortunately, we cannot say that we will be able to ship normally again, as there will also be an enormous backlog of orders and delivery bottlenecks. We expect normal conditions to return from around June.

Do you still deliver worldwide?

Yes, if that is possible. Deliveries to quarantined areas are unfortunately not possible.

What is the best way to reach you?

The easiest and fastest way to contact us is to send us an email to office@polestore.at. Our emails will continue to be processed daily. During shop opening hours we can now be reached again by telephone on +43 699 10593479.

What are you doing to prevent the spread of the virus?

Our employees are always alone in the shop to prevent mutual contagion. Of course, each of our employees pays attention to their hygiene and disinfects their hands several times a day with disinfectants. In addition, each of our employees wears mouth and nose protection when dealing with customers or, if there is contact with other employees. Our shop is thoroughly cleaned every day and the surfaces are disinfected. We ask our customers to adhere to the hygiene and safety measures listed above.
