Loyalty must be rewarded, we think! That's why there is now a brand new Polestore loyalty points program.

Collect points on many different occasions, which you can then exchange for attractive rewards.

How to earn points:

• Create a customer account with us + 200 points
• Sign up for our newsletter + 200 points
• Order from us - you collect one point for every euro you spend, €1 = 1 point. The points will be credited after settlement. If you send items back, the points for the returned goods will be deducted. So there are only points for actually bought and kept goods
• Tell us your date of birth and get 300 points every year on your birthday
• Follow us on Instagram + 100 points
• Follow us on Tik Tok + 100 points
• Recommend us to a friend and get 300 points when your friend signs up using your referral link and places an order. He or she also receives 200 points as a reward
• Write a review for an item on our site - Write your review (regardless of whether it is positive or negative, the main thing is honest!) directly on our site for the relevant item and let me know via a short email to office@polestore.at (which item did you rate what name did you use) so I can check. You get 200 points for every review you make. You can write as many reviews as you want. You should just be honest.

You can redeem your points for these rewards:

• 200 points = free shipping for shipping costs up to a maximum of €50
• 500 points = a €10 voucher with a minimum purchase of €20
• 1000 points = 10% discount on your order with no minimum order value. Vouchers are excluded
• 2000 points = 20% discount on your order with no minimum order value. Vouchers are excluded

You can find out how many points you currently have by using the "Loyalty Points" application at the bottom right of our website. You can also collect or redeem your points there (except for article reviews, which you must report to me via email, as I said). Discount codes or vouchers that you do not redeem immediately remain saved in your account. You can also redeem them later. Discount codes or vouchers that have been redeemed once cannot be cancelled. Also, no points can be added to increase their value.

In order to use the Polestore Loyalty Points program you must have a customer account and be logged in.
