Measure the circumference of the narrowest part of your lower thigh.

Measure around the thinnest part of your thigh, just above the knee.

*NOTE: If you are between 2 sizes then choose the larger one.

*NOTE: If you are in between sizes for knee pads, consider taking the next size up if you also need Removable pad inserts.
