Payment Methods

We offer you the following payment methods. Simply choose the best payment method for you. The shipping costs and the shipping time are partly dependent on the selected payment method. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

Payment in advance

If you pay in advance, we will only ship the goods once the payment has been credited to our account. Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account (you will see the account information again when paying or you will receive it with the order confirmation email):

If you want to pick up your order from our shop in 1090 Vienna and then want to pay in cash or by card when you pick it up, please choose prepayment.

Credit card

We accept credit card payments with all major credit card payment providers. If you want to pay by credit card, simply select credit card as the payment method at checkout and enter your data in the fields (name on the card, card number, expiration date, check digit). Since we receive the payment immediately online, your order will be shipped immediately.


You can conveniently pay online via Paypal. You have the option of paying with a Paypal account, with a credit card or via a bank account. Since we receive the payment immediately online, your order will be shipped immediately.

Another benefit of paying with PayPal is free returns for international orders. Returns from Austria are free anyway. However, if you are ordering from another country and would like to save the return costs incurred in the event of a return, we recommend PayPal. PayPal reimburses return costs up to a maximum of €25 up to 12 times a year. You only have to activate the feature once. You can find more information about this here .

Purchase on account with Klarna

With this payment method, your order will also be shipped immediately. Together with the order confirmation from us, you will receive a separate email from Klarna. This will summarize all the details of your order again. You now have 14 days to pay your bill. Danger! In this case, payment is made directly to Klarna and not to us. All information about the transfer (name, IBAN, reference) can be found in the email from Klarna.

Of course you can try your things in peace and send items you don't like back to us. If you have already paid, Klarna will refund you the difference. If you have not yet paid, the amount to be paid will of course be reduced by the items you have returned. As soon as we have received your return, we will report this to Klarna for the final settlement. Of course, you will also receive an email from us.

Immediate transfer with Klarna

This payment method corresponds to a normal bank transfer, but via Klarna. You will be directed to the bank transfer via Klarna. Now log in with your online banking data. The information is transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. You then have to enter your TAN for confirmation. That's it, presto, your order is on its way to you.


You can also pay for your order or parts of it with Polestore vouchers. To do this, please enter your voucher code in the "Discount Codes / Vouchers" field at checkout and then click on "Apply". The amount valid for your voucher will then be deducted from the invoice amount. You can also redeem several vouchers for one and the same order. If your order is less than the value of your voucher, you can use the rest on your next order.
